Build the world (and the pancake) you want! 1st March, 6pm

Come and share our pancakes with an exciting range of fair trade toppings at Wesley memorial Church on Shrove Tuesday (1st March) 6pm – 7.30pm.
We will be talking about fair trade and the impact of climate change and launching our campaign to put
Fairness at the Heart of our Climate Ambitions.
Climate change is a threat to entire communities, their livelihoods, their way of life and their survival.   We plan to work with others to highlight and change this.
Come – eat – talk
and find out how an inclusive and fair Oxford can influence change.

Fairtrade Fortnight 2021

In 2020 we were lucky to be able to host several great in person events.  We didn’t know how lucky!  For 2021 everything is of course online.

Our online virtual conversation event  ‘Hidden Voices in the Market’ is now ready to book – we’ll be looking at the different stories in the fair trade supply chain and the impact we can have, and that other external forces are having.

We’re also partnering with Brookes University and testing your Fairtrade baking skills during the fortnight – have a look at our competition – there’s prizes!.

And we’ll be encouraging you to get involved in the Fairtrade Foundation’s online festival – “Choose the World You Want”

We’d love to hear what you’re doing – let us know on social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) or by email.
